Role Overview
We’re looking for a part-time B2B Outreach Specialist fluent in Japanese with sales experience. You’ll connect with Japanese businesses, generate leads, and support growth while working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in Japan.
• Present our services clearly and persuasively.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (native or near-native) and English.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Knowledge of Japanese business culture.
• Self-motivated and organized for remote work.

Preferred

• Experience in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Analytics).
• Existing Japanese business network.
